What Exactly Is The Purple Elephant Partnership?

The Purple Elephant Partnership is a 4 month 1:1 coaching partnership program that has been carefully designed to create confident leaders who are respected and admired by their teams. This program will help leaders create a collaborative team environment thats healthy, positive, and conflict free.

This partnership will coach you through the process of managing poor performers, as well as building superstars so you can create your ideal  high performing team. Imagine having a team of Educators, who are inspired, motivated and are able to work conflict-free, to achieve great things. That is the overall goal of The Purple Elephant Partnership.


The 3 Critical Stages of The Purple Elephant Partnership…

 The Purple Elephant Partnership runs for 4 months and has 3 easy stages to help reach your goals.

Stage #1:  Leadership Audit Questionnaire – a quick and easy way of analysing your service / team and identifying problems and opportunities.

Stage #2:  Service Visit, a 1 hour visit to meet your team.

Stage #3:  3 x 30 min 1:1 Coaching session (Telephone or Skype)

To be eligible for the Purple Elephant Partnership you must have completed the following prerequisite workshops:


Cost: $1395 + GST per participant. Min 3 participants per service.
